Busy optometry office is seeking someone with great clerical skills, who is detail oriented and has the ability to converse naturally with patients and colleagues alike. Responsibilities include – but are not limited to – general clerical work, answering the telephone, scheduling patients and patient recall.

The perfect candidate will possess a professional attitude, is highly organized, has strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, has excellent communication skills both written and verbal, enjoys working independently as well as part of a team, is committed to punctuality, accuracy, confidentiality and is able to manage time-sensitive multiple priorities in a calm and efficient manner.
